COST OF LIVING: Expand childcare; A price-ceiling on essential groceries; Winter-heating payments for pensioners; Extend the Scottish Child Payment to £40 p/w for babies under 1; Invest £44m a year in breakfast clubs in all schools; Expand free school meals for all primary children; Clear school meal debt and uprate the school uniform fund in line with inflation.
